Guidelines for Presenters
Presenters will have their microphone and camera enabled when it is their turn in the program. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and join a few minutes before your session begins. Each submission is assigned a 15-minute presentation slot, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A. Please respect this timing to help keep the program on schedule.
Guidelines for Attendees
Attendees may place their questions in the chat at any time or raise their hand and wait for their microphone to be enabled to ask their question live during the allocated time for Q&A.
